Courtney Krishnamurthy, a.k.a. the Madd Hatter, is a Southern girl with a love of travel and an adventurous palate. She started out traveling around the South, developing a love of seafood boils and Cajun and Creole food. Then she got a little crazy and wild, discovering the foods of distant lands ranging from the Caribbean islands to India to Japan to Italy to Morocco, and many places in between.
