And it should be good for your eyes with 5 carrots in it. Plus 3 pears, 1 lemon, and an inch of ginger. A few chia seeds lend the black needed to bring Halloween to mind.

Okay, maybe some of you love beets, but for me I usually just taste dirt. So it was a leap when I decided to make a beet juice this morning. It still had a hint of that flavor I don’t care for, but overall it was tasty and I’ll definitely make it again. One beet, 5 carrots, 1 1/2 lemons, a 2 inch knob of ginger, 1 pear, and 1 apple.
