looks yummy. i love benedicts.
Sonoma Chicken Coop used to have my hands down favorite benedict – it was called the Wellington Benedict and was a nicely seasoned steak on toasted focaccia topped with the egg and hollandaise. Add a Kolsch and it was the perfect breakfast, but unfortunately they took it off the menu. So I’ve moved on, and the bacon/spinach/tomato is pretty good, but doesn’t quite beat steak/eggs/beer.
