Now this is what I call a Hawaiian plate lunch. Poke, cucumber and carrot salad, rice, and pineapple. Finished off with a glass of Pinot Gris.
We stumbled upon this Pinot Gris from Blair Estates last week while in Carmel and immediately thought it would be perfect with a South Indian dinner. Last night we put our theory to the test, and boy were we rewarded! We need a few extra bottles of this tucked away.
