Brandied Cherries!
Anyone who says you don’t need a cherry pitter is a fool. An insane, maniacal fool! Last year I pitted a 1/2 pound of cherries in probably 1 hour using the paperclip method (after the chopstick method failed). This year, 3 times as many cherries in a quarter of the time.
Oh, and yay!!!! Brandied cherries! Champagne cocktails, Manhattans, and cherry-laced affogatos here I come!
