Becca, I found the perfect use for this over the weekend. Similar to the holiday appetizer of cream cheese with pepper jelly poured over it, goat cheese with tomato jam over it. They are amazing together!
OMG goat’s cheese is the nom! This sounds so good!

about the Daily Nosh
This girl aims to eat something tasty every day, and while I'm generally successful at that goal, I'm not quite as successful at capturing an image of said tasty food. But I try, and that's what this blog is about!
So keep a careful eye here so you can remember old favorites, preview things to come on Madd Hatter's Kitchen, and discover yummy treats out and about the town.
What do you eat this with?
I’m not yet sure 🙂 It just sounded good. I think it will be amazing with cheese or maybe just spread on some bread for snacking. I am thinking of making some tigella (http://www.maddhatterskitchen.com/tomake/?p=3) to serve with it.
The recipe came from Food In Jars: http://www.foodinjars.com/2010/09/tomato-jam/
