A variation on my veggie pita
I was drooling over the veggie sandwich I posted about earlier this morning, so I decided to make one since we have so much zucchini to eat. However, I was a bit low on harissa, so I decided to substitute my tomato jam. Not only was it wonderful, but it gave me a great idea for a quick and easy holiday appetizer.
