I stumbled upon this recipe from my Sweet Pickles bus today for peanut butter balls. Man how I loved this recipe. And I still do! It’s one of my go-to sweets, though I don’t worry so much about measuring out the portions these days. A little of this and that until it looks right.
Last night I finished the remainder of the Thanksgiving leftovers in a red curry. I sauteed a bit of onions and peppers, threw in a sliced tomato, leftover ginger carrots and turkey meat, and added some Thai red curry paste. Two cans of coconut milk and some rice finished up the recipe in a jiffy! And it tasted nothing like Thanksgiving leftovers.
