Okay, maybe some of you love beets, but for me I usually just taste dirt. So it was a leap when I decided to make a beet juice this morning. It still had a hint of that flavor I don’t care for, but overall it was tasty and I’ll definitely make it again. One beet, 5 carrots, 1 1/2 lemons, a 2 inch knob of ginger, 1 pear, and 1 apple.

In what is possibly the largest Parmesan crisp bowl I’ve ever seen. Amazed that something so simple looked so impressive and tasted of perfection.
